AD532KH Overview


Bulk are used for its packaging.Embedded in the TO-100-10 Metal Can package, it is cost-effective.It is common to use 4-Quadrant bits per stage.The device operates at a voltage of 15V.It is provided with a nominal negative supply voltage of -15V.Radio-frequency signals modulated in the range of 1MHz occupy this frequency range.To prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, there are 10 terminations.As a result of the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, the reflow temperature limit of NOT SPECIFIED has been established.A digital IC of type ANALOG MULTIPLIER OR DIVIDER performs the same function as an analog IC.It is permitted to operate at a maximum temperature of 70°C.The maximum supply voltage is kept at 18V for normal operation.
