ICL7660CBA-T Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting.
