MIC4425CN Overview
The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Through Hole is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.It's configured with 8 terminations.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.8 pins are present on the component.
