MC33164P-3RP Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Box (TB). Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 240. A supply voltage of 2.4V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
