BD5226FVE-TR Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThis power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD52, the base power ics number.
