MC33164P-003 Overview
Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions for your convenience. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Through Hole type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation.
