MC12095D Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.5GHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This electronic component can be classified as a Prescaler.
