SI5335D-B05029-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
