MC10H109FNG Overview
A 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is included. This package contains the Tube package, which can be downloaded here. As well as the Surface Mount version, it is available. As far as Differential outputs are concerned, it has full functionality. It uses NOR/OR Gate logic communication type. A higher operating temperature at 0°C~75°C can be achieved. A 9 Input (4, 5) input is included in it. The 10H series includes this, so it belongs there. The part includes terminations in the shape of a 20. An assembly of 20 pins is present. Circuits with 2-basis are used in the design. A 10H product, it belongs to the 10H line of products. ASYMMETRICAL I/PS is also included in this part in order to improve performance.
