MC100EL01DR2 Overview
A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is included. It is included in this package that the Tape & Reel (TR) package is also available. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Differential output is fully functional. This type of communication is based on 4 Input OR/NOR Gate logic. The operating temperature at -40°C~85°C has been extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 4 inputs. The 100EL series includes this, so it belongs there. 4.2V~5.7V power supply is used to power it. In addition, the part is terminated with 8 terminals. There is a 8-pin join between the pins. Normally, the part needs a voltage of 5V. Powered by 1-basic circuitry, it has a low power consumption. Maximum voltage should not exceed 5.7V in order to protect the device.
