MC10E196FN Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 128 taps and steps configured for it. QUAD is the position of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 28 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as ACTIVE DELAY LINE. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.2V as a minimum. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.7V is acceptable for it to operate. It is an active component of the 10E family. As a result of its NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE=-4.2 V TO -5.7 V and other specific characteristics, it is well suited for a wide range of applications. There are several important electronic devices that belong to the 10E series.
