MAX3620BETT-T Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with -1.5V~1.5V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 4 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number MAX3620. At DUAL are the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 6 terminations. During operation, 1.5V is supplied with a voltage. A logic type of ACTIVE DELAY LINE is used. In order to ensure flexibility in operation, +-1.5V is provided with a power supply.
