MAX6145ESA Overview
A handy package called 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series. The handy Tube variable is used in this program. The 8 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.5V voltage is output. The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.8 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 245 during reflow soldering. For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.1mA input applications can use the reference voltage. There is a requirement for a 4.7V supply voltage.Supplying it with 4.7V volts is the minimum voltage required.A 4.7V~12.6V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 4.5V.A 130μA-shaped supply current is used to operate the voltage reference ic.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 4.59V.
