LM2670LD-5.0 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 14 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 14-VDFN Exposed Pad package. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. In general, the DC DC switching regulator's maximal operating temperature should be less than or equal to 125°C. A DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature of -40°C should be exceeded. It is operated at the maximal switching frequency of 280kHz when this harley voltage regulator is operating. This 12 volt voltage regulator is capable of supplying an output current of up to 5.4A A. A unique technique permits DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximum 40V values.
