RP500N334A-TR-FE Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. As a result of the 900mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 3.3V volts. This voltage regulator belongs to the RP500x family and is known as a switching DC-DC regulator.
