Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 2.2V~16V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-30°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.
