SPI-6631M Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 13V~33V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -20°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.DC Motors, General Purpose is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Transmission lines are terminated with 16 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.There is a voltage supply of 24V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.A H-bridge belonging to the - series, it is an electronic H-bridge.
