ISL8701AIBZ-T Overview
Power management is mounted through 14 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Sequencer products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 12V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When a supply voltage of 4 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 14. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation.
