Power management is packaged in a Tube way. IC management is packaged as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED.
