FAN73933M Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
