For greater flexibility, the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 8V~14V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 50V.
