Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is supported by 6 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.
