L6498LDTR Overview
Its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.CMOS/TTL is used as its input type.Under its base part number L6498, various related parts can be found.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 500V.
