DS1312S-2 Overview
Materials from Tube are included in the packaging. In order to save board space, it is provided in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The type of Nonvolatile RAM is high quality and highly reliable. Setting the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C is recommended. 4.75V~5.5V voltage should be supplied for its normal operation. It is mounted based on the technique of Surface Mount. It is common to use 8 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. Approximately 5V volts are supplied to the device. The 8 pins are configured on the board. As a result of the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures, the reflow temperature limit of 245 has been established. The transmission of data is ensured through the use of 1 channels. It uses POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT as its analog IC type. A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V should be maintained. Providing a voltage as high as 5.5V does not result in any degradation of characteristics or damage to the circuit internals.
