DS1222S Overview
Tube has packaged it with its materials. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). In this case, it is an extremely reliable and high quality type of Static RAM (SRAM). Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The voltage required for its normal operation should be provided by 4.5V~5.5V. It is mounted according to the Surface Mount technique. To prevent reflections off of the end of the transmission line, there are 16 terminations. There is a voltage supply to the device of 5V. The pins are configured as 16. It is based on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that we determine 245's reflow temperature limit. An integrated unit is designed to work with MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT as its uPs/units/peripheral ICs.
