DS1135LZ-15 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 2.7V~3.6V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. At DUAL are the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, 3.3V is supplied with a voltage. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
