NB6L295MNTXG Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). With the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -45°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 512 taps and steps configured for it.
