CY22381SXI-183 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal or Other which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 166MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work.
