CY2545QC022 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. As part of the 24-UFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 4 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 166MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 2.25V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test.
