ADR280AKS-R2 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy SC-70, SOT-323 package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.2V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT APPLICABLE.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.A minimum voltage of 2.55V is required to supply it.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 1.205V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 1.195V less than 1.195V.It has a maximum ambient temperature of 85°C.The voltage reference circuit's bottom temperature should be -40°C.
