There is a handy package TO-92 used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Box encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 3.An analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 2.5V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.Pins 3 are settled in the part.It is able to handle 20mA input applications.Applicable to Through Hole applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 20mA in this case.It is possible to communicate at high quality through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 2.5V.85°C more than 85°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.2.5V volts are output.
