ADF4360-5BCPRL7 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.4GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous.
