AD9518-1BCPZ Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.65GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.465V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3.135V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution. Clock PLL is equipped with 48 pin count.
