As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock generators can take up to 1.98V of power as a maximum supply voltageRF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
