AD9518-0BCPZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
