AD5623RARMZ-5REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the nanoDAC? seies. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. This device package is supplied by 10-MSOP.
