AD1865P Overview
A 28-LCC (J-Lead) package contains it, and it is available for download. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is designed to maximiTubee space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tube. There are a total of 28 terminations. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 28 pins. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C °C should be observed when running the equipment. A temperature of at least -25°C should be used as the operating temperature.
