RP400K331B-TR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. There is a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 700kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.8V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V. Featuring a 600mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. An input voltage of 1.5V is required for switching regulator operation. A voltage of 3.3V volts can be produced by voltage regulator.
