R1240N001B-TR-FE Overview
In the SOT-23-6 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 1.25MHz. Enable provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control.
