RT8481GE Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is the package in which it is packaged. As a space-saving measure, it is included in the SOT-23-6 package. It is obstructing Surface Mount. In order to operate properly, the temperature must be below 85°C. There must be a temperature above -40°C for the system to operate.
