RT8237CZQW(2) Overview
Capsuled in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Cut Tape (CT) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 290kHz~430kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good. At least -40°C°C is recommended. At85°C, dc regulator should run. A 10-WDFN (3x3) would be the supplier dc dc controller package for this part. The phase of this controller is 1.
