RT7027GS Overview
Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 600V.
