IX4340NETR Overview
The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.As its interface IC, NAND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.
