RT5047BGSP Overview
As a whole, it supports 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of 13.3V 18.3Von this voltage controller. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. It is intended to be used in applications such as Converter, LNB and others. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C TA to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 8V~16V.
