NCP5381AMNR2G Description


NCP5381AMNR2G is a 2/3/4 phase buck controller specifically designed for VR10 and VR11 Pentium IV Processor applications. Intel’s most demanding Pentium IV Processors and low voltage, high current power supplies can be powered based on the combination of differential voltage and current sensing with adaptive voltage positioning. Dual--edge pulse--width modulation (PWM), combined with inductor current sensing, is able to provide the fastest initial response to transient loads, thus reducing system cost.
