Packaging is in the form of a Tube. There are 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. It is always advisable to use X5649, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
