X4005S8IZ Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tube way. As a reference, this IC power includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for your convenience. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use X4005, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
