NV021AMLFT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 113.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 3.135V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -30°C~85°C TA. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator. FemtoClock? series electronic parts are used in this part.
