IDT23S08-4DC Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. A clock generator's input is called LVTTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 133.3MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
