ISL97653AIRZ-T Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method facilitates easy adaptation.At LCD TV/Monitor and other applications, this power management is targeted.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set at -40°C~105°C in order to prevent malfunction.For its operation, this power management requires 4V~14V voltage.Check out search ISL97653 for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 4mA volts.
